Equipment is available except for the zbeds.

5-minute reiki hands on.depending on how many gold members there are that day.

That's 10 pounds a week.

If you feel you can not afford to come please talk to summer. We can arrange and try to get you funding from the studios we do classes at.Its doesn't matter if you are on benifits or working!! this yoga is very important and is improving so many lives we do not want money to get in the way!
